Book by James Clear: Atomic Habits

The reason that I picked the book is because of Ali Abdaal (A famous Youtuber)’s video who mentioned: “the score takes care of itself.” (from Bill Walsh). This is what I want exactly. People always tell me set an annual target, break it down to daily, it will be easier for me to achieve it. In fact, it turns out stress and disappointment frequently. I don’t understand why everyone’s method doesn’t work for me; I have been doubting myself until this book releases me. I am not the one who can keep looking the scores and achieve it at the end. In fact, I am the one who sets the target and keep doing it under stress-free condition. Another useful thing is filling out the sentence of I will [BEHAVIOR] at [TIME] in [LOCATION]. I told myself: I will finish reading Atomic Habits by Sunday at Home. I only request myself to read when I am free. Yesterday, I finished reading Atomic Habits at 11pm at home. Hope above information helps you to understand what this book is about.
