黄大米作家是个独立，自主，前辈而又很愿意去学习的作家。在一次吴淡如小姐的访谈中，认识了这位可爱的作家。很感谢她在书中梳理了很多我非常认同的观点，同时用直白易懂的文字做描述，一下子感觉：不能更同意了。例如：

弱者才求公平，强者求特权。当然咯，今天听了奇葩说，如果强者能多留一份美好，世界将多一份公平，那就更完美了。😉
我们看别人的人生，都像是修图过的，光鲜亮丽，无懈可击。看自己的人生，却是原图无码，痛苦放大的崎岖。我对社交媒体的放闪特别有防御力，毕竟拿多少名牌包，身材有多美妙，吃和玩达到多高级都不在我的焦虑范围内。但后来知道了假名媛团，才发现，其实总有一些人受到因此而困扰。我倒想说一句我经常提醒自己的话：谁的生活都不容易，而且生活一地鸡毛是常态。
乞丐不会嫉妒富豪，但乞丐会嫉妒其他乞丐多得一块。我之前的人生为自己找了多少假想敌，真服了自己，现在真正明白不要排它，只看自己是否进步才是最重要，最开心。

This is an easy reading book. I even laughed a bit as some description is so fun and straight forward. It illustrates that only me is my fortune. Please do not compete ourselves with others but understand ourselves; improving ourselves is the crucial. For examples, a beggar won't be jealous the richer but other beggar get £1 more. Previously, I had created so many fake competitors which made me so unhappy. After years, I finally understand, there is no need to knock down or to prove to the others (in mind) that I have improved myself and I am better. How do I know I have improved? Comparing yesterday me!
